Job description

Join to apply for the Cook role at Keke's Breakfast Cafe.

Responsibilities include:

1. Preparing a variety of food items using equipment such as flat top grills, char-broiler, cook top, waffle baker, Panini press, and fryer.
2. Ensuring the quality of products prepared and served.
3. Adhering to standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen policies.
4. Stocking and maintaining sufficient food levels at line stations.
5. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the workstation and equipment.
6. Following proper plate presentation and garnish setup.
7. Proper handling, storing, and rotating of products.
8. Assisting with food prep during off-peak periods.
9. Properly opening and closing the kitchen, following checklists, and assisting in cleaning and maintenance.
10. Performing other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or manager-on-duty.

Qualifications include:
