Job Summary

To produce and maintain the quality of menu items assigned to your station according to the company's menu recipes and specifications. To ensure the company's safety, sanitation, and food standards are met according to recipes, procedures, quality, and timeliness.

Job Responsibilities
  • Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work.
  • Maintain a brisk, steady pace; stay organized and avoid unnecessary steps.
  • Adhere strictly to recipes, ensuring 100% knowledge when prepping or assisting with production.
  • Use scales, measuring spoons, and recipe cards for portion control, performing tests regularly.
  • Keep the kitchen and equipment clean, practicing "clean as you go".
  • Complete work efficiently, maintaining quality and quantity standards.
  • Organize supplies proactively before busy periods.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and follow OSHA guidelines.
  • Handle food safely, including receiving, rotating, and stocking food supplies.
  • Support food preparation as needed.
