Eagle Mountain Golf Club in Fountain Hills, AZ is seeking a part-time Cook to join Troon’s hospitality-focused team. The role emphasizes learning, quality food production, sanitation, and supporting banquet events in a fast-paced property environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of culinary experience, enjoys teamwork, and holds Serv Safe certification or a county food handler card; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for hours is required.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities

• Learns and maintains standards in food production and quality.
• Expedites orders in a timely manner.
• Practices excellent operational sanitation.
• Executes scheduled banquet functions.
• Maintains a professional relationship with fellow associates.
• Helps reduce loss/waste.
• Must have experienced Knife skills
• Position requires Lifting up to 50lbs, bending, carrying and standing for minimum of 4 hours.
• Communicates equipment repair needs with chef.
• Actively participates in training efforts.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Checks and dates all deliveries received and report any variances to chef in charge.
• Verifies that all coolers are at the proper temperatures and are cleaned on a daily basis.
• Processes inventory requisition and receive supplies as necessary for quality production.
• Prepares the proper amount of food according to production or forecast sheets and production plans.
• Prepares items in accordance with established recipes for a consistent product.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years minimum of Culinary Experience

Other Qualifications

• Serv Safe Certified or Maricopa County Food Handlers Card.
