As a Cook, you'll work in a team environment with new challenges daily. Unlike other hospitality roles, this position offers the opportunity to build lifelong relationships with residents and see their gratitude. You will prepare small batches from scratch, serving fresh, delicious, and nutritious meals that help residents thrive.

What we look for in a Cook:

• Professional experience in a commercial kitchen, ideally in senior living or high-volume food production, including food prep, safe handling, and basic nutrition knowledge.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• A compassionate individual who represents our community positively and professionally.
• A quick learner capable of mastering various equipment.

Responsibilities as a Cook at Emerald Valley:

• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, including food preparation, serving, and storage.
• Meet residents' dietary needs.
• Contribute to residents' quality of life through high-quality, consistent meals.
• Demonstrate organizational skills and time management.
• Work collaboratively with team members, emphasizing communication.
• Perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Promote Cascade Living's mission, values, and beliefs.

Compensation: $17.50 - $18.50/hour, depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-Time, Evening shifts.
