Job summary

First Atlantic Healthcare in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine, seeks a Cook for a full-time role. You will prepare and serve meals in a 93-bed facility, collaborating with Dietary Aides and assisting in the Assisted Living area.

Experience with large-scale production and food sanitation is preferred; healthcare setting exposure is an advantage. Responsibilities include menu review, dietary tray accuracy, kitchen cleanliness, and coordination with other departments to ensure meals are ready on time.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred (not required).
• Minimum of two years related food-service experience preferred
• Leadership skills and experience desired if supervising staff
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Position Summary
