Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cook to join our Culinary team. The ideal candidate will prepare food according to federal, state, and corporate standards, ensuring quality and safety at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Meal Preparation: Prepare high-quality food items according to recipes, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation. Taste all prepared food.
2. System Knowledge: Use established ticket procedures during service and maintain accurate records.
3. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and proper storage of excess food.
4. Inventory Management: Assist with ordering and receiving food and supplies.
5. Food Safety: Follow proper handling practices, report issues immediately, and attend safety meetings.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in Food and Beverage service, restaurant, and food preparation.
• Ability to operate kitchen machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of food safety guidelines.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid ServSafe or equivalent certification.
