Job summary

Carlton Senior Living is hiring a Cook to join our dedicated team in a warm, caring environment. You will prepare and cook a variety of dishes, follow standardized recipes, and ensure proper seasoning, doneness, and presentation while maintaining high sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• At least one year of culinary experience.
• Formal culinary training or degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes by following standardized recipes, ensuring proper seasoning, doneness, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all kitchen areas while efficiently managing food inventory and production prep.
• Support daily kitchen operations, coordinating deliveries, and properly handling meats, produce, and baked goods.
• Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
• Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.

Pay Range:

$18.00 - $19.00

What You’ll Do:
