Job summary

Ricky's All Day Grill, operated by HAPPY PLANET ENTERPRISES LTD, is seeking a Cook for full-time, permanent employment in Lockport. You will prepare and cook meals, supervise kitchen areas, inspect the kitchen, manage inventory and maintain records.

Experience of 2–3 years in a fast-paced kitchen is required. The position offers a stable schedule of 30–35 hours per week, with opportunities for on-the-job training and support for youth advancement.

Qualifications

• No degree, certificate or diploma required.
• 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in kitchen/food service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
• Order supplies and equipment.
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
• Clean kitchen and work areas.
• Manage kitchen operations.
