Job summary

Treasure Island Hotel Casino in Las Vegas seeks an experienced line cook to support busy kitchen operations, maintain set recipes, and assist the chef in meal preparation.

The role requires at least one year of high-volume cooking, strong English communication, knife skills, and knowledge of kitchen equipment, with health card required.

You will keep a clean, organized station and comply with health and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year high-volume cooking experience.
• Must possess good recall and memory.
• Communicate effectively in English both verbally and written forms.
• Must have knowledge of kitchen equipment and good knife skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor a must.
• Must have or be able to obtain Health Card.
