South Suburban Parks and Recreation is hiring a Cook in Centennial, CO to join a professional kitchen team. The role involves cooking meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot foods, preparing and portioning items, and plating with garnishes.

It operates in a high-volume environment with a focus on quality and efficiency. Ideal candidates will read and execute recipes, manage weights and measures, and follow strict time schedules.

Do you have a passion for food and want more experience working in aprofessional kitchen? Join our team and prepare made-from-scratchrecipes that provide exceptional dining experience for our guests! TheCook is responsible for accurately and efficiently cooking meats,fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products as well as prepareand portion food products prior to cooking. Also performs other dutiesin the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating andgarnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for allhot menu item plates.

• Will have knowledge of food preparation and production for volume restaurant.
