THRYVE Healthcare is seeking a reliable part-time Cook to join our dietary team. This role is responsible for preparing nutritious meals that meet residents' dietary needs while maintaining a safe, sanitary kitchen environment.

The position supports dietary staff, adheres to modified diets, and ensures on-time meal service with strong teamwork and food-safety practices in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience required; healthcare or SNF experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary guidelines accurately.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Food Handler Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with dietary staff and leadership to ensure resident satisfaction
• Support kitchen operations as needed, including prep work and dish area
