Job summary

Palo Duro Nursing Home is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our dietary team on a part-time basis, preparing nutritious meals for residents in a caring, supportive environment.

You will follow standardized recipes and therapeutic guidelines, maintain sanitation and safety, serve appealing meals that meet resident preferences, and assist with storage and inventory while upholding teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking in healthcare/long-term care preferred.
• Valid Food Handler’s Card required.
• Ability to follow recipes and portion control.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork.
