Job summary

THRYVE Healthcare is seeking a reliable and dedicated part time Cook to join our dietary team. This role focuses on preparing nutritious meals that meet residents' dietary needs while keeping a safe, sanitary kitchen environment.

The part-time cook will follow planned menus, assist with dietary guidelines, and collaborate with dietary staff to ensure resident satisfaction. Experience in healthcare or SNF settings is preferred, and a food handler certification is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience required; healthcare or SNF experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary guidelines accurately.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Food Handler Certification preferred.
