Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and resident preferences.
• Menu Execution: Follow menus and recipes to ensure consistency, flavor, and nutritional value.
• Kitchen Management: Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations in the kitchen.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with dietary staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service.
• Special Diets: Accommodate residents’ dietary restrictions and preferences.
Qualifications:
• Experience as a cook in a healthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care setting (preferred).
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Passion for creating meals that promote health and wellness.
