Job summary

Good Shepherd in Blair, NE is seeking a dedicated Cook to prepare nutritious, high-quality meals for residents. You will follow approved menus, meet therapeutic diet requirements, and work with the dietary team to ensure safe, enjoyable dining.

This full-time evening role runs 11 AM to 7 PM with occasional weekend shifts. Candidates should have cooking experience and knowledge of food safety, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining presentation and portion control.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The Cook plays an important role in supporting resident health and satisfaction by preparing meals that meet dietary requirements and quality standards. As a Cook, you will work closely with the dietary team to provide a safe and enjoyable dining experience.

Schedule and Employment Type

• Full-Time Evenings (11AM - 7PM) | 1 Day Every Other Weekend Required
