We are seeking an experienced cook to join our energetic kitchen staff in Baltimore for the Community Meals division. As a cook at Trio, you will work in a fast-paced environment preparing delicious, high-quality meals. If you are passionate about cooking, driven, and seeking a role that supports your growth, read on!

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure quality and portion control
  • Prepare food according to recipes and standards
  • Present food creatively
  • Store food properly
  • Follow safe food handling policies and procedures
Qualifications:

Must-haves:

  • At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume, quality-focused establishment with scratch cooking
  • Knowledge of proper culinary techniques and standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment and identify food items
  • Customer service experience
