Job summary

Private Wealth Asset Management in Omaha, NE is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead the firm's investment operations and enterprise platforms, translating strategy into scalable processes and systems across multi-office environments.

The COO will partner with the CIO and CEO to scale the investment platform, optimize risk controls, improve client service, and drive automation and data governance for sustained growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in RIA/wealth management.
• Deep knowledge of investment operations and enterprise operations.
• Experience scaling platforms for growth and multi-office environments.
• Bachelors or higher degree; relevant professional designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investment operating platform across portfolio management, trading, and reporting.
• Scale investment technology stack to support growth and multiple offices.
• Lead day-to-day operating infrastructure with scalable processes.
• Establish service standards and KPIs for client onboarding and money movement.
• Drive automation, data governance, and enterprise analytics.
• Partner with CEO/CIO for strategic growth and M&A integration.
