Ameriprise Financial, through The Executive Wealth Group, seeks a Chief Operating Officer to serve as operational leader and strategic partner to Managing Partners. You will design systems, build infrastructure, lead teams, and ensure scalable growth while maintaining high client experience.

The role emphasizes building an advisory enterprise, leading acquisitions, technology transformation, and a culture of accountability. Base salary negotiable; full-time position in a growth-focused practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience scaling assets from ~$500M to $2B+ in assets.
• Experience in wealth management, financial services, RIAs, family offices, banking, or professional services.
• Strong financial acumen and leadership skills.
• Experience integrating acquisitions is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and design scalable operations.
• Lead acquisitions due diligence and integration.
• Develop KPIs and quarterly objectives for the firm.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and profitability.
• Improve workflows and client service processes across the organization.
