• Lead end-to-end process transformation with measurable outcomes
• Establish KPIs and accountability frameworks for performance
• Drive automation, AI integration and cost reductions across operations
• Oversee regulatory compliance, risk mitigation and audit remediation
• Build scalable infrastructure and cross-functional collaboration across divisions
