Job summary

BMO Harris Bank's COO Office seeks an experienced Business Manager to partner with the CM COO and senior leadership. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable programs across Capital Markets, Corporate Banking, and Risk, driving alignment and measurable outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinate governance forums, and support regulatory, audit, and transformation efforts while shaping communications and stakeholder engagement at the highest level.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Capital Markets, financial services, consulting, or related field.
• Proven experience supporting executive leadership teams.
• Deep understanding of Capital Markets products, clients, and environment.
• Strong strategic thinking with excellent problem-solving and communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CM COO and executive team to develop and execute strategic priorities.
• Drive enterprise and business-level initiatives from concept through execution.
• Coordinate governance forums and leadership offsites.
• Support regulatory, risk, audit, and control initiatives.
• Prepare executive briefings and leadership communications.
• Lead organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives.
• Manage COO financials and year-end processes.
