Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Capital Markets or related fields.
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams.
• Deep understanding of Capital Markets products and clients.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic priorities and drive execution across Capital Markets.
• Coordinate governance forums and executive committees; support regulatory and risk initiatives.
• Partner with HR on talent management, leadership development, and engagement initiatives.
• Manage COO financials and year-end processes; deliver executive communications and briefings.
