Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in a COO or equivalent role.

• Proficiency with data analytics and operational frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures translating vision into outcomes.
• Oversee daily operations and align with short- and long-term objectives.
• Develop, manage, and optimize operational budgets for financial health.
• Collaborate with CEO and executives to monitor KPIs and performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, growth, and process improvement using tech and analytics.
• Build and mentor senior leadership teams to foster a high-performing environment.
• Partner with executives to identify risks and capitalize on opportunities.
• Represent the organization at industry events and partner engagements.
