Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, preferably in nutraceutical/pharmaceutical industries.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business operations, supply chain management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies to optimize performance, growth, and profitability.
• Evaluate and champion adoption of emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to drive efficiency and growth.
• Lead and oversee operations, supply chain, quality assurance, and logistics.
• Collaborate with the CEO and executives to align operational strategies with business objectives.
• Manage large capital projects, plant ramp-ups, and automation initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement to streamline processes and reduce costs.
