Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive executive leadership experience within dietary supplements, OTC, cosmetics, personal care, or contract manufacturing.
• Experience leading complex manufacturing operations with multiple production technologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and Operational Excellence programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple facilities and functions.
• Partner with CEO to execute strategic initiatives and growth plans.
• Set and manage annual operating budgets and capital expenditures.
• Drive profitability and EBITDA through operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
