Job summary

Celmark International in Orlando, FL is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead day-to-day operations across multiple manufacturing and packaging facilities in skincare, topicals, OTC and liquid nutritional products.

This hands-on executive will drive Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and world-class customer execution while partnering with Sales and Product Development to accelerate growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive executive leadership experience in consumer products or contract manufacturing.
• Proven expertise implementing Lean, Six Sigma, TPM and Operational Excellence programs.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to improve EBITDA and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations across multiple manufacturing and packaging facilities.
• Partner with the CEO to execute strategic initiatives and growth plans.
• Serve as a key member of the executive team with accountability for revenue, EBITDA, cash flow and ops objectives.
• Build and develop a high-performance leadership team through coaching and succession planning.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement to optimize OEE, costs, quality and service.
