Postgraduate-Center-For-Mental-Heal (PCMH) seeks a Chief Operating Officer to lead the Property Management Division, ensuring efficient operations, financial performance, and compliant housing administration across the portfolio.

The COO will collaborate with executive leadership, establish standards for safety, tenant care, and documentation, and manage a team of property managers, maintenance leadership, and administrative staff.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years in property management with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Experience overseeing multifamily, affordable or supportive housing portfolios.

• Direct the Property Management Division and set operating standards.
• Oversee rent, leasing, maintenance, compliance and service coordination.
• Develop budgets, dashboards and monthly CEO-facing reports.
