Job summary

The Postgraduate Center for Mental Health is seeking a Chief Operating Officer for Property Management to provide strategic leadership of the PCMH/CHC housing portfolio. You will oversee leasing, maintenance, compliance, finance, and risk management across all properties, ensuring safety, stability, and fiscal responsibility.

You will direct the Property Management Division, set operational standards, and collaborate with the CEO and executive team to advance housing stability and service

Qualifications

• MBA or related field preferred.
• At least 10 years in property management with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience overseeing multifamily, affordable or supportive housing portfolios.
• Professional certifications in property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the property management portfolio.
• Direct the Property Management Division and establish operational standards.
• Ensure leasing, maintenance, compliance and financial controls across all properties.
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership to support housing stability and service integration.
• Develop transition plans for acquisitions and portfolio changes.
