Northeast Hospital Corporation is seeking a strategic and operationally focused Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee Beverly, Addison Gilbert, and BayRidge Hospitals. Reporting to the President, you will steer patient-centered care, drive performance, and build high-performing teams across facilities.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field and 10+ years in healthcare leadership, including executive experience in a multi-hospital system.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field; clinical background preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of healthcare leadership experience, including 5+ years in an executive role within a multi-hospital health system.
• Prior COO experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, matrixed organizations.
• Experience in hospital operations, service line growth, program development, and physician partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations across Beverly, Addison Gilbert, and BayRidge Hospitals.
• Drive operational excellence, quality, patient experience, and financial performance.
• Partner with physician, nursing, and administrative leaders to achieve strategic and organizational goals.
• Lead large-scale operational improvement and growth initiatives.
• Foster workforce engagement, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across Beth Israel Lahey Health to advance system-wide priorities and initiatives.
