• Build credibility and trust across leadership, physicians, clinicians, and staff through visible communication and engagement.
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders across departments and maintain a consistent presence.
• Develop deep understanding of Northeast Hospital Corporation, BILH, culture, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
• Serve as a visible advocate for patients, employees, and the community.
• Lead a culture of accountability and teamwork with data-driven metrics and outcomes.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of operations and prioritize improvement opportunities.
• Partner with leadership to enhance patient experience and clinical quality.
