Job summary

DCS Asset Maintenance seeks a Chief Operating Officer to lead the Asset Maintenance business across the United States, delivering profitability, safety, and growth. You will work with the CEO to expand markets, establish scalable processes, and ensure contract compliance.

The role requires strong leadership of regional operations, a focus on operational excellence, and a track record of successful multi-site management in infrastructure maintenance.

Qualifications

• Proven executive leadership experience (min 10 years) in infrastructure/maintenance operations.
• Experience managing large P&L (100mm+).
• Strong record of geographic expansion and growth.
• Ability to balance strategy with operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and oversight of Asset Maintenance operations across regions and projects.
• Drive strategic planning, market expansion, and scalable operations.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and contract performance while maximizing profitability.
• Develop budgets, KPIs, and growth forecasts, partnering with Finance.
