Job summary

DCS Asset Maintenance seeks a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the Asset Maintenance portfolio across the United States, reporting to the CEO. You will drive profitability, operational excellence, safety, and sustainable growth while expanding geographic reach and building scalable systems.

The COO will oversee regional and project operations, set performance goals, and ensure contractual compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience in multi-site infrastructure/maintenance (10+ years).
• Experience managing large P&L and growth initiatives.
• State DOT experience desired; PBMC exposure additive.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across Asset operations, regions, projects, and client accounts.
• Set standards for safety, quality, efficiency, and contract compliance.
• Drive growth, geographic expansion, and scalable operational models.
• Oversee budgeting, KPIs, and capital investment aligned with long-term strategy.
