Job summary

DCS Asset Maintenance is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive strategic, operational, and financial performance of the Asset Maintenance business across the United States. You will partner with the CEO to expand markets, scale operations, and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while achieving profitable growth.

You will lead regional and project operations, build scalable processes, and manage budgets and KPIs to deliver strong EBITDA and contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven executive leadership experience (minimum 10 years) in multi-site infrastructure, transportation, asset management, construction, or maintenance operations.
• Demonstrated success leading organizations through aggressive growth and geographic expansion.
• Strong operational execution with a business development mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Asset Maintenance across regions, projects, and accounts.
