Job summary

DCS Asset Maintenance seeks a Chief Operating Officer to lead the Asset Maintenance portfolio across the United States, delivering profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction while scaling operations and geographic expansion.

Reporting to the CEO, the COO will set strategic direction, optimize operations, manage large P&L, and build capabilities to sustain growth and value creation across major contracts.

Qualifications

• Proven executive leadership (10+ years) managing multi-site infrastructure and maintenance operations.
• Experience with large P&L responsibilities (100mm+).
• State DOT experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic, operational, and financial performance of the Asset Maintenance business.
• Lead regional and project operations across multiple states.
• Drive growth, safety, and customer satisfaction across contracts.
• Establish operational standards for efficiency, safety, and compliance.
• Develop annual plans, budgets, and growth forecasts.
