Ascension is seeking a dual-role Chief Operating Officer and Chief Nursing Officer to lead hospital operations and nursing strategy. You will work with executive leadership to drive performance, quality and patient care across the hospital and ministry market.
Lead planning, policy development and budgeting while coordinating with medical staff to implement patient care programs and nursing standards. The role requires RN licensure and extensive leadership experience in healthcare administration.
This is a dual-role executive position serving as the hospital Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) with responsibility for both overall operational leadership and nursing strategy. The role partners closely with executive and medical leadership to drive organizational performance, strategic priorities, quality, and patient care across the hospital and broader ministry market.
