You'll own operations, profitability, and team performance at Single Grain, expanding your scope to Karrot.ai as systems lock in. Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Clean up ops, expand margins, and install leadership cadences.
  • Drive client success : raise MRR, eliminate unprofitable work.
  • Own the revenue engine : build the 21 demos / week SaaS pipeline.
  • Assume full P&L authority over time : budgets, hiring, firing, comp design.
  • Lead finance & FP&A : weekly cash and EBITDA pulse; board-ready reporting.
  • Build and scale the talent bench : coach killers, exit passengers.
  • Run the operating rhythm : L10s, WBRs, scorecards-without the founder in the room.
  • Expand remit to Karrot.ai once SG systems are locked.
