Job summary

NEO Energy is seeking a seasoned Chief Operating Officer to lead ongoing operations for power and renewables projects in the United States. Reporting to the CEO, you will build the operating engine, scale field operations, and ensure safe, on-time delivery of utility-scale solar, storage, and transmission initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction leadership experience in renewable energy or related sectors.
• Ability to build and scale operations in a high-growth environment with union labor exposure.
• Deep technical and field expertise across utility-scale projects and critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable operations, project controls, and field infrastructure to enable rapid growth.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of utility-scale solar/storage and high-voltage projects on time and budget.
• Develop and manage field teams and strengthen IBEW relationships and labor practices.
• Partner with CEO/finance on P&L, forecasting, and capital allocation for profitable growth.
• Shape strategy, drive market expansion, and establish a culture of safety and excellence.
