Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc is hiring a Conveyor Technician II in South Brunswick, NJ for a 24/7 onsite role. You will repair and improve automation, material handling equipment, and facility systems using CMMS, while coordinating with technicians and other departments to keep operations running smoothly.

You must have at least 5 years of maintenance experience in MHE or facilities, a high school diploma, and the ability to drive PITs with required certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance for Material Handling Systems or Facilities Building Maintenance.
• Onsite role with flexibility for 24/7 operations.
• Willingness to drive Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Repair and improve automation, MHE, building and infrastructure.
• Use a CMMS/work-order system for tasks and tracking.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing, including email.
• Perform preventative maintenance on material handling and facility systems.
• Interpret electrical controls, wiring, lighting, plumbing, welding, and carpentry as needed.
• Ensure safety and compliance in a fast-paced distribution center.
