Job summary

FMH Conveyors, part of the Duravant family, seeks an experienced Mechanical Engineer to design and analyze conveyor systems, develop BOMs and MOMs in ERP, and contribute to electrical schematics where needed. You will collaborate with engineers and CAD designers to ensure accurate drawings and optimized products.

The role involves field site visits, lean process involvement, and ongoing product support for distribution, e-commerce, and manufacturing clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of conveyors and components in 3-D CAD.
• Modify BOMs and MOMs in ERP/MRP system.
• Develop electrical schematics for power and controls (ideally).
• Troubleshoot product issues and perform structural analyses.
• Collaborate with engineers and CAD designers on drawings.
• Evaluate installations at customer sites and support Lean initiatives.
