Job summary

FMH Conveyors, part of the Duravant family, is hiring a Technical Support Specialist in Jonesboro, AR to lead the Lifecycle Services team's support efforts. You will analyze requests, provide timely resolutions, and coordinate with engineering, service, and parts to satisfy customers.

You will prepare quotes for service, create SOPs and RCAs to prevent recurring issues, and help ensure safety procedures in an office/manufacturing environment. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Technical or Associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of in-field service or troubleshooting experience for conveying equipment.
• Strong judgment and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incoming technical support inquiries.
• Provide timely support to customers and escalate as needed.
