Abacus is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to support the Southaven, MS Fulfillment Operations. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated systems, including conveyors, sortation, and 480VAC equipment, while following safety guidelines and collaborating with technicians.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of related maintenance experience, strong electrical/mechanical skills, and the ability to read schematics.

Competenze

High school or equivalent required; experience valued.
3-5 years of related mechanical/maintenance experience required.
Ability to analyze and resolve mechanical and technical issues.
Strong reading, writing and math skills; English proficiency.
Safety procedures including lock-out/tag-out required.

Mansioni

Repair and maintain equipment; diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using drawings and tools.
Audit, troubleshoot, repair and preventive maintenance of automated material handling systems.
Work with conveyors and sortation systems; support installation and repair tasks.
Perform maintenance on 3-phase systems up to 480VAC for repair, installation and maintenance.
Conduct preventive/predictive maintenance and upgrade support installations.
Complete work orders and document activities; maintain safety and quality procedures.
Work at heights up to 40 feet; assist in inventory of tools.
Lift up to 75 pounds and push/pull up to 200 pounds; climb stairs as needed.
