Job summary

UPS is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee low- to moderate-complexity projects, including conveyors and facility modifications. You will ensure adherence to contracts, timelines, and budgets while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

The role involves developing project documentation, evaluating bids, and identifying process improvements to enhance package flow and overall efficiency. Strong travel flexibility and a background in industrial engineering are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National, or otherwise eligible to work in the U.S.
• Experience evaluating bid proposals.
• Experience designing solutions for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manages construction projects of low to moderate complexity and risk, including conveyor installations and facility modifications.
• Develops project schedules to meet deadlines and controls costs.
• Oversees bid packages, bid evaluation, and vendor selection for contracts.
• Investigates system issues to maintain productivity and efficiency.
• Documents project progress, budgets, and quality standards.
