• Develops project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Investigates mechanical breakdowns to prevent productivity loss.
• Identifies areas for construction process improvement and design solutions.
• Evaluates budget performance and negotiates with vendors.
• Maintains cost logs and processes invoices for project completion.
• Conducts inspections to ensure UPS standards and timely repairs.
