Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Washington, DC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyor systems and automation in a warehouse environment.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, document work in CMMS, and coordinate parts and labor to minimize downtime. This is a family‑owned company with 50 years of stability offering training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 0–2 years of related experience.
• Electrical certification or vocational certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair conveyors and related equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Execute line changes, equipment setups, and testing to support operations.
• Use CMMS to document repairs, maintenance hours, and parts history.
• Generate work orders and coordinate parts for repairs.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, sensors, and automated controls.
• Support ASRS and other automated systems where applicable.
• Fabricate and install mechanical components to maintain reliability.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Follow safety policies and LOTO procedures; respond to emergencies as needed.
