Qualifications

• 3+ years of converting experience in Pulp & Paper or related degree
• Knowledge of Safety Programs and Quality Control Standards
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for converting operations
• Ensure safety procedures and lockout/tagout practices are followed
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
• Manage multiple priorities and coordinate departments to meet production goals
