Pratt Industries, Inc. Beloit plant is seeking a Machine Helper for the 3rd shift to support the corrugating line. You will assist operators, set up, run and maintain equipment, and help ensure quality of output.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with potential increases after 90 days and at 6 months based on performance and attendance. Pratt offers comprehensive benefits, including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match after 90 days, life and disability insurance, paid holidays,

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.
• Apply concepts of high school math.
• Able to read and follow instructions and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist operators in the Corrugating Department, setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment.
• Inspect finished products and perform general cleanup.
• Help turn recycled paper into corrugated boxes for shipment to customers.
