You will perform routine checks, help maintain equipment, and collaborate to meet production schedules while prioritizing clean work areas.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and prior plastics or manufacturing experience, with strong communication and math skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 2+ years in plastics/converting machine roles preferred.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience required.
• Job stability: 1 job in 2 years or 2 jobs in 5 years.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good math and measurement abilities.
• Able to work well in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Run paper bag machines safely and maintain quality with minimal scrap.
• Perform light maintenance and report major issues to supervisor.
• Follow work instructions to meet production, scrap, and quality standards.
