Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year manufacturing experience is required.
• Strong communication and math/measurement skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and as an independent contributor.

Responsibilities

• Operate paper bag machines safely and produce quality product with minimal scrap.
• Perform quality checks every ½ hour and document findings.
• Perform light maintenance and report issues to supervisor/lead.
• Meet production schedules and keep work area clean.
