Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year plastics or converting machine experience.
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Ability to work in a team and as an independent contributor.

Responsibilities

• Run a paper bag machine with help of a packer and perform light maintenance as needed.
• Follow work instructions to produce products meeting production, scrap and quality standards.
• Perform quality checks every ½ hour and record on shift report.
• Communicate major machine issues to supervisor/lead and keep area clean.
