Belmark Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a specialty finishing operator to set up and run high-speed converting assets, while upholding safety and food-safety standards. You will perform quality checks and assist with labeling, staging materials, and palletizing cases.

Qualifications

• Requires education equivalent to high school or equivalent work experience in manufacturing/production.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and follow English communication.
• Regular attendance is required; overtime may be needed.
• Must use a ruler, calculator and various hand tools.
• Ability to see details and perform basic arithmetic operations.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and food safety requirements.
• Maintain superior attendance record.
• Perform tasks following safety guidelines at all times.
• Comply with Belmark procedures and quality requirements.
• Case packing finished product; label cases on pallet.
• Stage raw materials; perform quality tests.
