Qualifications

• Previous Finishing Operator experience with inserters or folders, including the ability to set up and operate bindery equipment.
• A strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written comprehension.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate various bindery equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Observe and monitor machine operations to perform routine adjustments and basic maintenance.
• Check order documentation, verify accuracy, and communicate order information.
• Establish the most efficient manner to operate the machine according to customer specifications.
